Hi everyone!
Healthy, no-cook, make-ahead oatmeal-chia pudding is best for weekday mornings. Having this is one of my favorite ways to start the morning. And don’t think that salaried people have busy mornings. What about kids? if your munchkin is picky eater, introduce him/her to these oats. (please read until end)
Have you ever tried overnight oats? They are the best and you can make them a day before, how cool is that! And no cooking at all!
There are a lot of variations one can do with overnight oats. Today I am sharing one of the very basic recipe with my secret ingredients. It is not an average oats recipe, it’s a jar of superfoods.

Ingredients:
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats– 1/3rd Cup
Organic Chia Seeds– 1 Tbsp
Unsweetened Soy Milk– 2 Tbsp
Almond Powder- 1 Tbsp
Raspberries- Handful
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 Tsp (You can use turmeric extract too)
Water- 4 Tbsp
Method:
In a mason jar or any glass jar add all the dry ingredients mentioned in ingredients. Pour water and mix. Next add soy milk and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
In morning take it out from refrigerator. You can pour content of jar in a bowl or eat directly from jar (like I do 😉 ) . It’s easy to carry to work too.
I added turmeric for its anti-inflammatory benefits. you can add different fruits depending on the season and availability.

Tips:
- For kids, add honey/chocolate chips/ fruit jams in moderation to sweeten it.
- If you want you can skip the water and make it with only soy milk as well. I tried with regular milk but didn’t like it that much.
- This will keep you full until lunch time.
- Please drink lot of water when consuming high fiber foods, otherwise it may lead to constipation.
Love,
Neha❤
